Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Mon Serment is a direct-to-consumer atelier. We do not offer wholesale, but we do work with private collectors, family offices, and bridal stylists on bespoke commissions and multi-piece orders. For trade enquiries, email hello@monserment.com.
Why don't you sell on the high street?
Mon Serment is an atelier brand, not a retailer. Every ring is made to order in our Dubai workshop and shipped directly to you — no showroom mark-up, no inventory sitting in a window. That is how we offer a one-carat IGI-certified ring in solid 18ct gold from £1,949.

What if I need a ring sized?
If your ring arrives and the size is not right, we will resize it free of charge within 30 days of delivery. No conditions, no fee. Resizing is carried out in our Dubai atelier and takes 3-4 weeks from the date we receive the ring. We cover return shipping both ways. How long do orders take to ship?
From forge to your door usually within 3-4 weeks — long enough to do it properly, short enough that your loved one will wear it the same season you chose it.
What is your return policy?
We offer a return window from the date of delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are non-returnable. If your ring needs to be resized rather than returned, we will do that free of charge within 30 days of delivery. For full terms, see our Refund Policy.
Jewellery care
How do I care for my jewellery?
Mon Serment rings are solid 18ct gold set with lab-grown diamonds — built for daily wear. To keep them at their best: clean every few weeks with warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft toothbrush. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Remove your ring before swimming in chlorinated pools, applying perfume or hand cream, or working with abrasive materials.

How do I clean 18K Gold (with or without diamonds, sapphires or rubies)?
18ct gold and lab-grown diamonds are durable, but they collect skin oils, hand cream, and soap residue over time. Clean every two to three weeks at home:
1. Fill a small bowl with warm — not hot — water and add a few drops of mild washing-up liquid.
2. Soak the piece for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Brush gently with a soft toothbrush, paying attention to the underside of the stone where film collects.
4. Rinse under warm running water — close the drain first.
5. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth and leave to air dry on a soft surface.
The same method works for sapphires and rubies — both are corundum, a 9 on the Mohs scale, and tolerate this routine well.
Avoid: ultrasonic cleaners on rings with fragile or hand-set prongs, ammonia, bleach, abrasive cloths, and toothpaste. These can loosen settings or damage the polish.
