Fine jewellery returns

Each Mon Serment piece is made-to-order in our Dubai atelier. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging and certification.

Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact hello@monserment.com with your order number. We will arrange complimentary insured collection within the UK.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of our atelier confirming the piece has been returned in original condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For pieces requiring sizing adjustments rather than a return, we offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery.
