When will my ring arrive?
Every Mon Serment ring is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. The moment you place an order, our master jewellers in Dubai begin work on your stone setting, your metal, your size. From forge to your door takes 4 to 5 weeks— long enough to do it properly, short enough that you'll wear it the same season you chose it.
How do I know my diamond is what you say it is?
Every Mon Serment diamond arrives with an independent certificate from IGI or GIA — the two laboratories trusted across the industry. The certificate lists carat, cut, colour, clarity, and a unique laser inscription on the diamond's girdle. We never grade our own stones.
What is your standard for cut, colour and clarity?
Our default is F colour, VS1 clarity, Excellent cut— what most jewellers would call "ideal" without crossing into the diminishing-returns range above. Higher grades (D/E colour, VVS clarity) are available on request, but we won't push them on you if you don't need them.
Why does cut matter more than carat?
Carat is weight on a scale. Cut decides how the diamond catches light. A poorly cut 1.2ct stone looks duller than a beautifully cut 0.9ct. We only set diamonds graded Excellent or Ideal in cut — anything below dims the fire. Size without cut is just stone.
What clarity should I actually pay for?
Beyond VS1, the differences are invisible to the naked eye. We do not charge a premium for grades you cannot see. Every Mon Serment diamond is eye-clean, certified, and chosen for brilliance — not paper specs you'll never notice.
